Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai or Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and closing offshore/nearshore IT services engagements, particularly in software development (Consulting, Development, Testing, Support), with a strong understanding of Agile and Digital Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and close new business opportunities within the IT services sector, with a focus on MENA markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients and our growth in the region.
  • Represent Endava at industry events, acting as both a participant and moderator.
  • Provide regular updates on business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Business English and Arabic is essential.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the IT services industry, with a strong understanding of the MENA markets in one or more of the following industries: Retail CPG, Transport & Logistics, Energy, Airlines, and Telecommunications.
