Director of Commercial Development

We are seeking a highly accomplished Director of Commercial Development to lead our digital agency's commercial expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Objectives:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to boost revenue.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with key clients for future growth opportunities and loyalty.
  3. Prepare and present high-quality sales materials, including reports and presentations.
  4. Source new business leads through effective networking and lead generation methods.
  5. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitor analysis.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and meeting of performance metrics.
  7. Lead, motivate, and coach the business development team to achieve excellence.

Requirements:

  1. At least 7 years of experience in senior business development roles within the digital sector.
  2. A proven history of delivering revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  3. Prior experience in selling digital development services is highly desirable.
  4. Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
  5. Leadership experience in scaling teams.
