LAWAZEM | لوازم is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to drive sales growth and manage key client accounts. As a critical member of our team, you will develop strategic relationships with clients and leverage your exceptional communication skills to achieve customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Manage and Grow Client Accounts: Lead a portfolio of key client accounts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
- Develop Account Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement account strategies that achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to maximize account value through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.
- Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present regular account reviews and sales reports to senior management.
- Proven Experience: Possess proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the sales field.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrate strong sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Showcase excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relationship Building: Possess the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
