Job Overview:

LAWAZEM | لوازم is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to drive sales growth and manage key client accounts. As a critical member of our team, you will develop strategic relationships with clients and leverage your exceptional communication skills to achieve customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Grow Client Accounts: Lead a portfolio of key client accounts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
  • Develop Account Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement account strategies that achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  • Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to maximize account value through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.
  • Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present regular account reviews and sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Possess proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the sales field.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrate strong sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Showcase excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Abilities: Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relationship Building: Possess the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
