About the Opportunity:

You will work closely with SAP MU leadership, account teams, industry teams, and solution management organization to ensure value delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of business software and ability to apply risk-mitigation strategies to customer situations.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver solution area expertise to customer executives and their line of business
  • Accelerate near-term value delivery via rapid adoption and consumption of SAP solutions
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for customers to leverage SAP solutions
  • Manage through crisis situations and de-escalate customer issues
