About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Field Sales Representative.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Saudi market.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline and achieve sales targets and forecasts;
- Prepare clear, concise, and professional proposals to existing customers while also doing your own prospection to acquire new logos;
- Respond to RFI's (Request for Information) and RFP's (Request for Proposal);
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of Direct sales experience in software, cloud or SAAS markets selling Software solutions to customers in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Contractor and Owner) industry. Ideally in the Saudi market.
- Experience driving new business within net new and existing customers.
- Possess a strong understanding of the Middle East market, built through on-the-ground experience and cultivated relationships with diverse stakeholders across the industry.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota.
- Exemplary presentation and communication across all levels of an organization.
- Ability and confidence to interact positively and productively with decision-makers at all levels.
- Advanced selling capability that showcases your commitment to strategy, customer relations, negotiation, and ability to close.
- A proficient level of English; Arabic would be an advantage but not mandatory.
- Technical ability to be proficient with Salesforce.com.
