About the Role

As a Strategic Sales Executive at Cepheid, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market share in the assigned region. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the molecular diagnostics or healthcare industry. Your expertise in understanding molecular diagnostics technology and applications, along with excellent communication skills, will enable you to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  2. New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within government and private sectors, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare administrators, and purchasing managers.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  5. Product Support: Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support as needed.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
