Job Overview

FlyAkeed seeks a seasoned Senior Sales Development Specialist to spearhead SaaS sales efforts, preferably in HRMS, ATS, or ERP solutions. The ideal candidate boasts a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pursue new business opportunities in the SME and enterprise segments, qualifying and closing deals effectively.
  • Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to key decision-makers within HR, Finance, and Procurement teams.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using FlyAkeed's CRM (HubSpot).
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with FlyAkeed's pricing and business policies.
  • Collaborate closely with BDRs, marketing, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the corporate travel industry, customer pain points, and FlyAkeed's competitive advantages.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in HRMS, ATS, or SME ERP solutions.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Presents well, takes ownership, and is accountable.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools is a plus.
