Job Summary
The Front Desk Officer will be the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and coordinating deliveries.
Customer Interaction:
- Address visitor and client queries courteously and promptly.
- Support employee inquiries related to office facilities or resources.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a related role.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
