We are seeking a skilled Market Director to lead our Residential and Hospitality team in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing all service delivery, including win work, client management, and delivery of services for clients and projects in the Residential and Hospitality market.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Developing and implementing market strategies that align with the company's yearly targets and business plan.
Managing resources specific to the Residential and Hospitality market, providing leadership in recruitment, retention, and performance.
Leading 'Client Value Proposition' workshops and strategy development to align services with client needs.
Providing weekly feedback and insight on available opportunities and outlining decisions on which bids to respond to.
Engaging proactively with clients to define opportunities prior to bids being released and incorporating these opportunities into our CRM and future opportunities pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have extensive profit and loss management capabilities, excellent presentation skills, and experience working in the Residential and Hospitality market across the GCC. They will also be able to drive profitable growth for the company and represent the business at functions selling our expertise and market knowledge.
