We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales professional to join Al Rashed Food Company's growing sales team. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
**Sales Operations Management**
• Supervise sales operations of the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Follow-up on leads and samples provided by the sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collect payments from credit customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote products or services.
• Build a new customer base to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
• Provide prompt customer service to retain existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Supervise the accounts receivables team in collecting balances and ensuring timely payment.
• Supervise field marketing and sales force to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
• Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents to inform business decisions.
• Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
• High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Two (2) years of previous experience as a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated and proven sales results with a track record of success.
• Good computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, and scheduling with MS Excel or similar software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide correct answers, paths, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
