Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary individual to join our leadership team as a Strategic Partner. As a Strategic Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm, leading client engagements, and driving business growth. Leveraging your expertise in the public sector and fluency in Arabic, you will collaborate with government leaders to develop innovative strategies that address critical issues and propel organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Lead and contribute to high-impact projects in the public sector, providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions. Drive initiatives that support the vision and goals of government entities and ministries.
  2. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities faced by government organizations and delivering tailored solutions.
  3. Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the public sector. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and strategies that address the evolving needs of clients.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants, analysts, and other partners, to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture within the team.
  5. Thought Leadership: Utilize your extensive expertise in strategy consulting to steer clients towards pioneering solutions and strategic initiatives within the public sector.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Proven partner-level experience from a top-tier management consulting firm: An essential requirement, showcasing your experience and readiness to take on this strategic role.
  2. Proven track record of winning and delivering successful projects within the Middle East, demonstrating your acumen in regional dynamics.
  3. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the public sector, with a focus on ministries and government entities.
  4. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
  5. Strong track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the capacity to liaise effectively across teams.
  7. Followership, a demonstrated highly influential leader who has a track record of building and mentoring a high-performing team.

Education:

Bachelor's & Master's degree from a top global university.
