About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Saudi Tourism Authority as a Strategic Partnerships Enablement Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and developing strategic relationships with current and potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Develop Strategic Relationships: Support the development of strategic relationships with current and potential partners, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  2. Develop Engagement Plans: Work with key partners to develop engagement plans, adoption and partner execution plans, and track progress towards established sales targets.
  3. Monitor and Analyze Data: Keep track of collected data trends to improve and grow market share, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Improve Service Delivery: Collaborate with trade and stakeholders to identify ways to improve service delivery and current processes, and implement changes to drive business growth.
  5. Agreement and Contract Negotiations: Attend discussions on agreement and contract negotiations, terms and conditions, and ensure that the Authority's interests are represented.
  6. Partner Needs and Requirements: Monitor and track partner needs on an ongoing basis, and work with internal teams to address any concerns or issues.
  7. Business Development: Support trade partners in identifying package and destination improvements, and report back to the business with recommendations for growth.
  8. Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams and partnership firms, communicating new developments, tourism offerings, and other relevant information.
  9. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other activities as and when required, and contribute to the overall success of the Saudi Tourism Authority.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record of success in business development and partnerships.
  2. Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
