About the Role

SupportFinity™ is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our Business Development team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with our sales and support teams to ensure seamless documentation and closing activities.
  • Maintain our CRM database to optimize sales performance.
  • Prepare advance tax proforma and LC documents to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Manage internal approvals for sales support activities.
  • Analyze quotations, sales, bookings, backlog, and stock reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  1. You have 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales and operations, preferably in the same or similar industry.
  2. You are familiar with SAP systems/CRM and MS Office.
  3. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical skills.
  4. You are proficient in English and Arabic, and have a customer-focused orientation.
