At NourNet, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the ICT industry. This individual will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
  • Sales Strategy: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the ICT sector, developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and drive market share growth.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed of the latest trends, products, and technologies in the ICT industry, providing clients with up-to-date information and solutions that align with their business needs.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, offering customized ICT solutions to meet their requirements effectively.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and ensure timely closing of sales contracts, working closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system, providing regular reports on sales performance and pipeline.
