Account Management
As a Key Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Main Tasks:
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships to drive account growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet customer needs.
- Work closely with Account Managers/Senior Account Managers to manage larger existing accounts and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and pain points to inform future engagement strategies.
Reporting Requirements:
Provide regular reports to management on customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
