Job Role

The Key Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in managing and growing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive account development and growth for small to medium-sized customers.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet customer needs.
  3. Work closely with Account Managers/Senior Account Managers to manage larger existing accounts and ensure seamless service delivery.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and pain points to inform future engagement strategies.

Working Relationships:

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to drive business growth and ensure effective communication.

Establish trust and credibility with customers by demonstrating expertise, providing value-added services, and consistently meeting their needs.
