Client Relationship Executive

Lucidya is seeking a results-driven Sr. Account Executive to spearhead key client relationships and uncover new sales prospects. In this role, you will develop business intelligence solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Develop and execute business intelligence strategies to drive organizational success.
- Maintain deep relationships with key clients, staying informed about their business needs and objectives.
- Stay current on SaaS product developments, effectively communicating this knowledge to clients.
- Negotiate contracts to optimize profit potential.
- Become a trusted advisor to key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Regularly report progress to internal and external stakeholders, monitoring key account metrics.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role.
- Strong background in government sector and knowledge of GOV procedures.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Strong SaaS product knowledge and technical information conveyance skills.
- Prior experience with CRM software, MS Office, and MS Excel.
- Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
