We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator Officer to join our team at Rentokil Pest Control South Africa. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management and processing of contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Review and Validation: You will review and validate contracts and documentation on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Management Approvals: You will coordinate management approvals for any premises additions or price increases, ensuring seamless execution.
- Contract Reconciliation: You will conduct daily reconciliation between the contract management system and company dashboards to identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Support: You will assist the finance team with monthly management accounts by generating closing reports, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: You will collaborate with service teams on job/product statuses and support sales and credit control teams as necessary, fostering a culture of teamwork and communication.
- Cash Management: You will deposit cash collections daily and ensure all invoices are processed accurately, maintaining a high level of financial discipline.
- Approval Processes: You will facilitate approval processes for credit notes and support the accounts receivable team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be a Saudi candidate.
- 0-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in contract administration.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong understanding of reporting and monitoring with great attention to detail.
- Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
