About the Job:

The IT Operational Partnership Lead will be responsible for managing IT operation contracts, with a strong focus on IT Managed Services agreements. This role requires a strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles, vendor management, and performance monitoring.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). This involves collaborating with service providers to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing IT operation contracts and agreements

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably within an IT environment
  2. Strong understanding of ITSM principles
  3. Experience in vendor management and performance monitoring
  4. Knowledge of SLAs and KPIs
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  6. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations
  7. Experience in escalating issues and driving corrective actions
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills
