Job Overview
The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments.
- Certification in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales.
- Experience in the specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance).
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills being a significant advantage.
- Strong technical skills in CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
