Job Overview:
This role involves working closely with key customers to develop and maintain long-term business relationships. As a Sales Key Accounts Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing customer satisfaction, and improving profitability.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Sell and promote company products to existing and new customers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Prepare sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
