About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Growth Specialist to join our sales team at Megamind IT Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop long-term relationships with portfolio of customers and overseeing sales.
  2. Satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
  3. Retain and profitably grow firm volume, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned customer relationships.
  4. Sell new or additional products or services to current buyers; and/or finding additional buyers within the existing customer location; and/or sell additional customer locations/networks.
  5. Leads all aspects of the sales process, assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management.
  6. Develops customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a joint company/customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs.
  7. Proactively manages customers' satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
  8. Develop and enhance positive relationships with clients by scheduled visit plan.
  9. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  10. Responsible to achieve the planned targets (Yearly - Quarterly - Monthly- Weekly) across our portfolio, meeting the planned margin.
  11. Responsible for the proper coverage to reach clients as planned.
  12. To communicate the monthly promotion with clients by email followed by explanatory discussion.
  13. Fully responsible to submit the invoices to clients and follow on the collections.
  14. Fully responsible to deliver the new product knowledge to all clients.
  15. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  16. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure project success.
  17. Pitch capabilities and communicate unique selling proposition based on prospect needs and Megamind IT solutions.
  18. Create and customize presentations and other sales materials.
  19. Establish and achieve sales goals, metrics, and milestones. Track and report on progress and success.
  20. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  21. Participate in pricing the product/solution/service.
  22. Submit weekly progress reports and provide analytical data for business decision making.
  23. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
  24. Responsible for meeting sales goals & KPI's including response time and quality standards, profitability of his/her unit and team.
  25. Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position's function.
