Key Responsibilities- Sell software, solutions, and services to current and prospective customers, collaborating with other sales and pre-sales personnel to position and leverage sales opportunities.
- Qualify potential customers, assess their needs, and develop tailored sales strategies to acquire, grow, and retain customers within assigned territories.
- Prospect within assigned territories or accounts to uncover business needs, identify opportunities, and advance them through the sales cycle.
- Implement territory and account management strategies, developing a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Work closely with pre-sales resources and executives to facilitate timely responses to high-potential opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver standard quotations and proposal information as needed, collaborating with other departments to create and finalize contracts.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify additional revenue opportunities.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of company pricing, licensing procedures, and approvals matrices.
- Advanced knowledge of strategic sales techniques, government software terminology, and concepts.
- Experience working with government departments, ministries, and utilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strategic selling skills, and ability to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
