A leading Manufacturing company is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Service Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and service, with excellent leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective service business strategies to achieve set targets.
  • Lead a team by defining operational requirements and aligning objectives with the company's overall strategy.
  • Conduct training sessions for Service engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure seamless communication between departments.
  • Analyse market trends and translate them into actionable strategies and contracts.
  • Stay up-to-date on market and product developments to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of selling service contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

The successful candidate will be available for face-to-face interviews and must be willing to relocate if required.
