Sales Enablement Expert

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Expert to drive sales growth by improving lead generation processes. As a Sales Enablement Expert, you will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive results. You will analyze performance metrics to inform lead generation strategies and recommend actionable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Improvement: Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement changes that enhance lead generation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead Nurturing Strategies: Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies that align with sales goals. Use data analysis to inform campaign improvements and drive conversions.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, track, and report on campaign KPIs, including traffic, MQLs, SQLs, and conversion rates. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis to inform campaign improvements.
- Sales Support: Provide insights, tools, and materials to facilitate lead conversion. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
