Job Purpose:
To achieve key performance indicators for executing strategic directions and goals by promoting access to our products among healthcare professionals, adhering to company guidelines and policies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Territory management involves planning and operating a territory through field activities, coverage, frequency, and doctor's group meetings, with proper reporting under the guidance of the sales manager.
- Account mapping requires identifying relevant stakeholders who can recognize and address patients' unmet medical needs to ensure proper implementation of functional plans.
- Customer engagement is achieved through effective use of Biopharma-MEA values, disease area knowledge, product skills, and allocated resources to identify and satisfy patient needs.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures successful strategy execution, leading to successful product launch and patient access to medication.
- Appropriate call flow is executed for the right customer.
- Administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- The company, team, and personal reputation are represented positively.
- Compliance with all company policies, regulatory agencies, state, and national laws is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in pharmacy is required.
- Experience in specialty diseases, particularly infectious diseases or hematology therapy areas, is beneficial.
- A proven track record of commercial experience and achievements for at least two years in the pharmaceutical industry is necessary.
- A valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties License is required.
- A valid driving license is needed.
- Excellent negotiation skills are essential.
- A good command of the English language (written/spoken) is necessary.
- Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office skills is expected.
- Demonstrated strong selling skills and flexible interpersonal abilities that facilitate collaboration to achieve goals are required.
- Strong commitment to meeting timelines and achieving tasks is necessary.
- Problem-solving skills, including analyzing situations, identifying rising issues, seeking solutions, and providing options for decision-making, are essential.
- Identifying opportunities and challenges and effectively communicating them to management is crucial.
- Demonstrating integrity, respect, accountability, excellence, ownership, and teamwork values is necessary.
- A willingness to exert extra effort in the territory to achieve territory goals is expected.
