Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the creative, marketing, and advertising sectors
  • Research and approach potential clients, partners, and brands that align with the agency's services
  • Develop outreach strategies and manage client engagement from prospecting to conversion
Partnership Development
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in industries such as entertainment, media, fashion, and technology
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs
  • Negotiate and close deals that drive long-term business growth
Sales and Marketing
  • Create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new business
  • Work closely with the creative team to align sales strategies with agency capabilities
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine business development strategies
Client Service
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with project managers and creative teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services
Research and Analysis
  • Stay up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in consumer behavior
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and competitive positioning
