About the Role- This position involves leading sales and partnership efforts to drive revenue growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients, and representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Partnership Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, leveraging your expertise in sales and partnership development.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system, providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is preferred.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Sales certifications are a plus.
