Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region to drive revenue growth, pipeline growth, and market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, including sales representatives and SDRs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, and monitor progress to ensure team success.
  • Forecast effectively and accurately.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Increases in revenue bookings and pipeline in the EMEA region, aligned with company targets and regional/global objectives.

About You:

We are looking for an exceptional leader who has a proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the ITAM or technology industries. You will have extensive experience managing and scaling sales teams, with a focus on new business development, account management, and SDR functions.

You will also have strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets. A deep understanding of the EMEA market dynamics and cultural nuances is essential.
