About the RoleThe Commercial Senior Supervisor will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This includes supervising SSFL DC/Stockiest routes, developing sales teams, and leading sales productivity.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of sales field experience in FMCG, excellent English and Arabic language skills, no travel restrictions, strong computer skills, and a results-driven mindset. They should also possess customer focus, thinking skills, and the ability to develop and support teams.
- Supervise SSFL DC/Stockiest various routes through route visits and ensure each sales representative complies with SSFL execution standards.
- Leading and developing sales teams.
- Leading sales productivity.
- Achieve and exceed sales fundamentals and volume targets by implementing company plans.
- Update database to measure area's performance against key business objectives.
- Organize, control, and motivate sales representatives to achieve sales targets within agreed profit margins.
- Select, train, develop, and follow-up sales personnel to meet current and long-term department needs.
- Ensure all RSR's compliance with OOR by regular follow-up and on-job coaching.
- Develop strong relationships with stockiest and Key wholesale and OT customers within the location.
- Ensure proper execution for all new product initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a BA degree, strong computer skills, and fluency in English and Arabic. They should also possess a results-driven mindset, customer focus, thinking skills, and the ability to develop and support teams.
