Commercial Manager

As a Contract and Procurement Lead at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a critical role in the success of our project in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is part of a major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project as a Senior Procurement Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, coordinating, and managing all activities related to review/validate SOW, manage the pre- and post-bidding process that includes contract pre-award, award, technical, and commercial evaluations.
- Directing and operating the full contract lifecycle from the contract drafting process, T&Cs negotiating, and incorporating the effect of all negotiations to achieve a mutually agreed-upon agreement in alignment with the client's legal team and relevant stakeholders.
- Providing procurement/contracting awareness and guidance to non-procurement staff within the line of business.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in procuring, negotiation, and placing large and complex packages.
