We are seeking a dynamic and organized sales professional to join our project sales and marketing team at Qureos Inc. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the sales process by assisting in administrative tasks, data analysis, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals in both English and Arabic.
- Coordinate client meetings, manage weekly client reports, correspondence, and provide timely follow-ups.
- Run property reports to match client requirements.
- Liaise between sales consultants and the social media coordinator on marketing activities.
- Coordinate with real estate developers for projects information, imagery, prices, and inventory control.
- Create and preserve an inventory of marketing materials for all projects.
- Manage logistics of importing and exporting exhibition materials.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and project updates using CRM systems.
- Organize and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and client seminars.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams including sales, marketing, and project management.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support sales strategies and identify potential opportunities.
- Monitor sales activity and assist in tracking sales performance metrics.
- Manage budget control and reconciliation.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights.
- Oversee post-event analysis.
- Build clients database and analyze them.
- Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings effectively.
- Design and develop interactive data dashboards using Power BI or similar software.
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with assignment and client objectives.
- Enter database to CRM and allocate to sales consultants if requested by Partner.
- Use AI tools in data collection when necessary.
- Perform other tasks delegated by Director in charge as required.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum 1 year equivalent work experience.
- Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
- Ability to categorize clients based on cities, position, income, and wealth.
- The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Qureos Inc. internal systems).
- Software: Microsoft Office programs to advanced/proficient level.
- Language skills: Fluency in English and Arabic, written and verbal. Fluency in other languages advantageous.
- Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
