We are seeking a Sales Growth Leader to join our team at Course. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the Saudi market, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop plans, and implement initiatives to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have +10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury beauty, fragrance, or FMCG sector. They will possess excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills, as well as a data-driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the Saudi market.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and business partners in the region.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • +10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury beauty, fragrance, or FMCG sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an asset).
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
