This Enterprise Account Specialist role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with First Gulf Company Limited and develop your skills in account management, sales, and technical expertise.
About the Position
You will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored IT solutions. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work seamlessly with internal teams to deliver customized IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized IT solutions that meet client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the IT industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus but not mandatory.
Tech Skills
- Familiarity with IT solutions (cloud, cybersecurity, networking).
- Experience using CRM software and data analytics tools.
Certifications (Preferred)
- AWS, Cisco, Microsoft, or relevant sales certifications.
Sales and Business Acumen
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to upsell or cross-sell IT solutions effectively.
- Excellent financial acumen for managing budgets, pricing, and ROI calculations.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, for presenting solutions, creating proposals, and maintaining client documentation.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking
- Ability to assess clients' Business and IT challenges and recommend solutions that align with their business goals.
- Strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
Industry Experience
- 3-5+ years in sales, business development, or account management role with an IT solutions provider or technology company.
- Experience in managing accounts for mid-sized to enterprise-level clients.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Technical Experience
- Direct experience in selling IT solutions such as Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, cloud computing, managed IT services, network security, and software solutions.
- Familiarity with vendor and partner ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Huawei).
Client Relationship Management
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, with success in client retention and revenue growth.
- Experience in collaborating with internal technical teams to deliver customized IT solutions.
