Enterprise Client Success Specialist

We are looking for an Enterprise Client Success Specialist who can excel in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional results. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a rapidly growing client portfolio and ensuring our users get the most value out of our products and services. You'll drive product usage and adoption, facilitate account growth/retention via tailored success plans, and leverage your prior experience in customer success and cyber security to foster successful and long-term client relationships with Recorded Future.
As the primary point of contact for customer security teams, you'll drive product adoption, execute success plans, manage inquiries about our Intelligence Cloud, API integrations, and other services, identify and escalate account risk factors, and orchestrate remediation efforts. You'll also work closely with various teams to construct and scale solutions across customer businesses, capture and internally share customer experiences, and be accountable for the overall health of each customer by ensuring high rates of adoption, growth, and retention.
