About This Role

This role involves executing marketing strategies and plans to promote our product superiority. It requires coordination with Regional Marketing Managers to drive revenue and market share for the Division while maintaining customer relationships with major accounts. The Product Specialist will sell unique patented devices and implants in theatre directly to opinion-leading surgeons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build long-lasting relationships with distributors.
  • Conduct product showcases to various customer levels.
  • Deliver high-quality product training.
  • Support the identification and assessment of field and marketing support needs and make recommendations to management.
  • Promote a positive working relationship with Business Unit staff and regional marketing managers.
  • Serve as a liaison between the marketing organization and the Business Unit to resolve issues.
  • Ability to work in theatre settings and provide expertise on S&N product usage.
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of marketing strategies and customer education programs at the country level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a medical-related field.
  • One year of experience in product marketing.
  • Clinical marketing experience would be highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.
