Your RoleThe position of Network Key Account Manager for the Healthcare vertical is responsible for driving business growth and development for key accounts within the region as well as globally where required. This role will be assigned a set number of customers from the Global Account Programme and will focus exclusively on these customers.We take ownership of our customers within the Kuehne+Nagel structure and maintain basic GxP awareness including requirements and applicable guidelines. We ensure training compliance as per the defined training matrix.
- Foster customer relationships through portfolio planning and optimization.
- Maintain high-quality and completeness of account plans for GKAMs and Network KAMs.
- Support Team KAMs in strategic tenders and escalation management.
