About the Job:

  • Establish a comprehensive business plan for the used car operation.
  • Sourcing high-quality used cars from reputable suppliers.
  • Manage budgets, employment, and other operational aspects of the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with recent experience in used cars.
  2. Proven track record of managing at least 5 sites simultaneously.
  3. Annual turnover of over $300 million USD and over 8,000 car units sold per year.
  4. P&L responsibility and experience in multi-location and multi-brand environments.

An attractive salary package is available for the successful candidate.
