  • Pipeline Management: Effectively track and manage leads through the sales pipeline, setting appointments, following up regularly, and staying organized with CRM tools to maximize opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Share insights on customer needs and contribute to developing sales strategies with the sales team.
  • Progress Tracking: Continuously monitor and report on progress towards monthly and quarterly sales goals, maintaining a close eye on targets and striving to exceed them.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Saudi Citizenship: Required due to market-specific needs and regulations.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a quota-carrying sales role, with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably within financial markets, and experience working with SMEs (Small to medium enterprises) is highly beneficial.
  • CRM Proficiency: Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to efficiently track and manage leads.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable history of consistently driving results, showcasing ability to over-achieve quota.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, enabling effective conversations with diverse customers.
