The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within the Horeca sector, focusing on the Meat and French Fries categories.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow sales and market share in the Horeca industry, specifically focusing on Meat and French Fries categories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hotels, restaurants, and caterers.
- Pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the foodservice industry.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to potential and existing customers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the Foodservice industry, preferably within the Horeca sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Meat and French Fries categories, including market trends, customer needs, and supply chain dynamics.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated track record of successfully managing sales pipelines, achieving targets, and driving business growth.
- Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Ability to quickly address and resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English & Arabic.
- Location: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with occasional travel as required.
