Senior Administrative Coordinator

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our Riyadh office. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Managing Director and team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the team in all aspects of client management, including diary management and systems expertise.
- Organize meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across various time zones.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, locally and internationally, as well as visas and itineraries.
- Prepare itineraries for roadshow travel and organize logistics.
- Update contacts in Outlook and sales database.
- Responsible for printing, photocopying, scanning, archiving, and filing.
- Liaise with the Events Team to manage events and roadshows.
- Ensure office supplies and pantry inventory are always available.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience.
- University degree.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic desirable).
- Flexible approach with a "can-do" attitude.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
- Strong attention to detail essential.
