We are a global investment management firm that seeks an experienced and professional Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our Riyadh office. This role provides administrative support to the Managing Director and team, requiring exceptional secretarial and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the MENA Team.
  • Organize meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across various time zones.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, locally and internationally, as well as visas and itineraries.
  • Process invoices and coordinate payment with the Finance team.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • University degree.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic desirable).
  • Flexible approach with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
  • Strong attention to detail essential.
