Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This role will provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Managing Director and team, requiring strong secretarial and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the MENA Team, including diary management and coordinating meetings, conference calls and video conferences across various time zones.
  • Organize travel arrangements, locally and internationally, as well as preparing itineraries for roadshow travel and organizing logistics.
  • Process invoices and coordinate payment with the Finance team, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Utilise Concur and SalesForce knowledge to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • 10 years + experience in a similar role, preferably with a University Degree.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible approach with a 'can-do' attitude, being enthusiastic and professional.
  • Strong attention to detail essential, with Arabic language desirable.
