Customer Success Strategic Advisor

Job Overview:
You will serve as a strategic advisor to customer executives, helping them get the most out of SAP solutions. Your focus will be on delivering solution area expertise and identifying opportunities for growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with customer executives to become a trusted advisor
- Identify new opportunities for customers to leverage SAP solutions
- Minimize churn and manage renewals of SAP solutions/services
- Collaborate with sales teams to expand and upsell SAP solutions
- Handle crisis situations and resolve customer concerns
- Pursue renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions
Your Background:
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customer executives
- Familiarity with cloud software solutions and delivery models
- Proven expertise in buying center/Lines of Business domain
- Ability to mitigate risks in customer situations
- Knowledge of SAP solutions portfolio and business processes they enable
- Basic understanding of technical aspects related to assigned solution area
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Business software experience
- SAAS and IAAS process knowledge
- Excellent project management and governance skills
- Commercial deal support expertise
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Renewals, expansions, and up-sells experience
