Job Title: Client Advisor and Sales Support

Job Summary:

BVLGARI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Advisor and Sales Support to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. As a Client Advisor and Sales Support, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, maximizing sales opportunities, and supporting the efficient running of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Welcome all clients and prospects, providing an extraordinary service, and ensuring a unique shopping experience.
  • Sales and Account Management: Establish and develop relationships with existing clients, engage new customers, and manage the sales process to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and drive to achieve store targets, contributing to the store and service KPIs achievement.
  • CRM and Data Management: Register clients' data in the dedicated system, perform CRM one-to-one activities, and apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines.
  • After-Sales Service: Perform all after-sales service front-office activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and pursuing operational effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Participate in online training modules and defined training sessions to develop knowledge on different topics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3-4 years of sales experience within BVLGARI or a similar role within a luxury/fashion brand.
  • Skills: Strong customer service and negotiation skills, marketing and customer relationship management techniques experience, and proficiency in English written and verbal.
  • Education: No specific education requirements mentioned.
