About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Expert in Sales and Business Development to join our team at Technogym. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and luxury brands in the design and furniture field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand our presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, and luxury brands.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute local market strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with the retail and inside sales teams to facilitate and speed up the customer journey.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the luxury retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of the design industry and luxury brands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
