Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Service Business team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage customer-initiated leads and provide excellent support to sales teams.

In this role, you will:

  1. Handle customer-initiated leads via various online channels
  2. Qualify leads before assigning them to salespersons
  3. Support sales teams in value discovery meetings and prepare necessary materials
  4. Maintain up-to-date CRM data for sales funnel, customers, and opportunities
  5. Provide administrative support to salespersons, including tasks related to tenders, orders, equipment, and customer inquiries
  6. Assist in organizing customer visits, tasks, and events
  7. Prepare sales reports and summaries as requested by Sales Managers
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in administration, preferably in sales organizations
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • This role is open to Saudi nationals only
