Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a work plan aligned with strategic market and regional growth plans, ensuring consistent high-quality market engagement culture.
  • Engage with sustainability consultants, key client accounts, and other stakeholders to identify current market trends and develop robust programs and business models.
  • Partner with stakeholder organizations to establish the US Green Building Council as a leading voice and innovator in the market.
  • Support the organizational and individual membership program in the region, serving as an account owner for key organizational members.
  • Achieve non-financial performance goals and oversee programs for membership, partnership, project registration, and other engagement metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a master's degree in business management preferred.
  • LEED Green Associate Credential is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of business experience, with a proven track record of project delivery, preferably in real estate or sustainability.
  • Experience managing projects, staff, and volunteers, with a strong understanding of green building practices and sustainability knowledge.
