About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced fintech startup environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO, ensuring their schedule is maintained and optimized.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Diary Management: Schedule meetings and calls, manage diary conflicts, make reservations, and take ownership of the CEO's diary.
  2. Travel Management: Book accommodation, flights, transfers, and other travel requirements for the CEO's trips, ensuring accurate diary representation and communication with colleagues.
  3. Ad Hoc Personal Tasks: Manage the CEO's household staff, family, events, planning, and multiple properties across countries.
  4. Data Management: Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track and organize data, such as contacts and spending.
  5. Communication: Work closely with the Chief of Staff, obtain context from internal stakeholders, and present information concisely, including meeting notes and internal processes.

Requirements

  1. 2 years of experience in a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant role.
  2. Experience working in a startup environment.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong organization and attention to detail.
  5. Tech savvy, with experience in G-Suite and Mac OS.
  6. Proactive self-starter, managing workload autonomously.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  8. Outstanding problem-solving skills, including critical thinking, decision-making, and creativity.

Desired Qualifications
