Executive Sales Manager

Become a key member of the Bayut KSA team as we continue to shape the future of real estate and property management in the Kingdom. As a VP/Director of Sales, you will play a vital role in driving our revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Sales Excellence- Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and coaching.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that meet the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and government entities.
- Optimise sales operations to ensure high performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
- Mentor and inspire a high-performing sales team (200+ members) to achieve ambitious targets.
- Build a sales culture of excellence, accountability, and motivation, ensuring teams are aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
We require a candidate with a strong background in sales leadership, ideally with 10+ years of experience in real estate, PropTech, SaaS, fintech, or high-growth industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with CRM systems, managing large sales teams, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
